Чести системни грешки, невъзможност да се влезе в приложението с часове, понякога и цял ден.

Lately, the app is just total garbage. It takes minutes to load a preview and few minutes to execute an action! Please, resolve those performance issues and improve the speed of response to the customers’ needs/requests. It should be a user friendly and easy to use app, if it can’t be then let’s go back to the cashiers desks! It doesn’t save much time lately!

If the bank is as reliable as its software, you better withdraw your money fast.

Easy to use, intuitive. Responsive, has number of options that other competitors don’t have. For example, I can check the status of my loans straight in the app.

When it works, it is ok, but when you try to do something early in the morning or late at night and sometimes during weekends, there are “funny” errors like queue is not responding, invalid transaction, error getting values, etc. Customer support is generally very friendly, but they cannot solve things related to backend systems not operating 24/7.

Great app

Version 4.7 of DSK Smart unexpectedly stopped working on older iOS devices, which cannot be upgraded to a higher version of iOS than 12.5.5! This means unnecessary expenditures for the customers to buy newer apple devices, that cost A LOT OF MONEY! Moreover there was no notification or warning about this change, which left a lot of customers in the dark! Please make DSK Direct compatible with iOS 12.5.5!!

Сайта е добре организиран, но все още не е достатъчна обратната информация за извършените плащания. Излизат платените суми и името на платеца, но не става ясно коя услуга е платена - излизат само ИТН или клиентски номер, а не вида на услугата! Това създава сериозно затруднение за идентифициране на плащането.

Very user-friendly and intuitive but I cannot transfer funds from my current account to my credit credit card, although both are enabled for smart app banking. Please fix the bug (if I remove my savings account, app works fine, but this defeats visibility)

Стига бе, тази технология е на повече от 5 години вече, излагате се. Моля бъдете в крак с времето и добавете адекватни login методи.

Приложението не е лошо. Използвам го често, но защо не добавите touch ID, а трябва всеки път да пиша име и парола🙂.
